TTU Rugby Football Club 40th Anniversary Celebration

Please save the date for the 40th Anniversary Celebration of the Tennessee Tech Rugby Football Club on September 16-17, 2016, in Cookeville.

​

In the fall of 1976, TTU student Rick Knowles and professor “Doc” David Narrie, founded the TTU RFC. Both founders will join us that weekend to reminisce and celebrate the success of this program, 2016 National Small College Rugby Organization’s16th ranked team in the country!

​

You’ll watch the current team play, watch or play an Ole' Boys match if there is enough interest, and celebrate at (of course) John’s Place for the after party and “meat and 3” dinner prepared by Mary Alice McClellan herself.

​

Details about how to make reservations will be mailed to you later in the summer, but put this date on your calendar and help us spread the word.
